QUALITY DOCUMENTS

LPM-STIKES Notokusumo Yogyakarta is carried out based on the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI), External Quality Assurance System (SPME), and PD DIKTI  which is associated with licensing for the implementation of study programs. Internal quality assurance of STIKES Notokusumo Yogyakarta is quality assurance carried out by STIKES Notokusumo Yogyakarta (Internally driven), with reference to the vision and mission of STIKES Notokusumo Yogyakarta and based on the fulfillment of National Higher Education Standards so that fulfillment of SPMI documents becomes a necessity important to fulfill. These documents include SPMI policy documents, SPMI manual documents, and SPMI forms.

The SPMI Policy Book/Document is a document containing an outline of how universities understand, design and implement SPMI at STIKES Notokusumo Yogyakarta in providing higher education so that a culture of quality is realized.

The SPMI LPM STIKES Notokusumo Yogyakarta Policy Book/Document contains, among other things, a description of:

1. Vision, mission and objectives of STIKES Notokusumo.

The SPMI Manual Book/Document contains, among other things, a description of:

1. Aim and purpose of the LPM STIKES Notokusumo manual,
2. The scope of the LPM STIKES Notokusumo manual:
   • Manual for setting higher education standards
   • Manual for implementing Dikti standards
   • Evaluation manual for the implementation of Higher Education Standards
