Monday – Saturday: 08.00 – 15.00 WIB
04. REGISTRATION FILES
- Health certificate (include weight and height) and color blindness certificate (done at local health service facility)
- FC. Diplomas and grade transcripts (legalized), for class XII students use Sem report grades. 1-4
- 3×4 color photographs = 3 pieces
05. TEST MATERIALS
Achievement Track: Sem Report Score. 1-4 and Interview (online)
Written Test Route: Academic Potential Test (TPA) and Interview (online)
REGISTRATION CONDITIONS:
- The report card does not have a score of <70 for each subject from semester 1-4
- Minimum score >75 for certain types of schools and subjects:
- SMA/MAN Science: Physics or Mathematics & Chemistry or Biology
- SMA/MAN IPS/SMK (Ex. SMEA): Economics or Indonesian & English
- SMK (Ex. STM): Physics or Mathematics and Indonesian
- SMF, SMAK, Industrial Vocational School, Agricultural Vocational School, Health Vocational School: Biology or Chemistry & Indonesian
- SPRG, SPR, SPK, SMA/MAN, Language: Indonesian & English
- Men’s minimum height is 155cm & Female minimum 150cm (for D3 Nursing Study Program)
- Maximum age 27 years
